  1. For each pollutant the IRR are mean changes in the rates per increase in this 20% of the average (6 μg/m3 for NO2, 2 μg/m3 for SO2, 0.4 μg/m3 for CO and 10 μg/m3 for O3). For PM10 and PM2.5, the values were centered by convention on 10 and 5 μg/m3, respectively
