  1. Results are shown for most of the Central Line stations (μ=0.76178,σ=0.13204). Since TfL provides a 10% sample of travels happening during a single week, of which we analyse only the ones happening during weekdays and not involving a change of line, data points for some of the less busy stations were not available or available only during peak times translating into a lower correlation coefficient. In general, a higher amount of data points ensures a more accurate correlation coefficient value. Note that we have excluded stations that had less than N trips in any one 15-minute segment, where N is the average number of trips (i.e. passengers) per station given by ratio between the total number of trips departing(arriving) from the selected station and arriving(departing) in one of the other stations on the line, over the number of station in that line
