  1. The NC-BIRTH study population includes singleton, non-anomalous live births between 2003 to 2015 in NC. Specifically, it includes live births in NC of individuals with known date of last menstrual period (LMP) between August 14, 2002 and February 19, 2013 (i.e. gestational age > 20 weeks by January 1, 2003 and < 45 weeks by December 31, 2013)
